  • What's your return policy?
    Due to the small-batch, handmade nature of our skin and hair food products, absolutely NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, & NO EXCHANGES are allowed.
  • What about shipping?
    Please note: Due to increased brand recognition, COVID, processing delays with USPS, and order volume our current processing time is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends & delivery time).
  • How do I change my order?
    Due to the volume of orders we receive weekly, we're unable to modify or change orders after purchase. - USPS SHIPPING TIMELINE STANDARD: 3-7 business days from the date your order ships. PRIORITY INSURED: 1-3 business from the date your order ships
  • My package is lost and or missing?
    Once your order has been successfully logged with the US Postal Service for delivery, Liyah Marie Aesthetics, LLC is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS for claim instructions.
  • What about melted products?
    In the Summer months, our products can soften or even melt during the time between the travel process from our warehouse to your front door (think warm delivery truck, porch and/or mailbox). Since we use real, all-natural ingredients, melting is simply the natural reaction to heat so you can rest assured that the quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting. Simply put in your refrigerator to solidify it.
